Brok Records: We’re not just a movement, we…really need the money!

Week one of the competition got off to a shaky start. My district manager came to the office on Friday to interview people for the open position at my job. I did a good job of avoiding her the whole day. Well, that was until I ran into her when I went outside for some fresh air. She grilled my hair and beard the whole conversion. You guys know when you talk to someone and you see their teeth is fucked up, so you just grill their teeth every time they talk. Well that’s what this byatch was doing while I talked…she grilled my beard. After we finish talking, I wouldn’t be surprise if she started interviewing people for my job.
Later that night I went to a college reunion. Which was loads of fun. I got to see my fellow alums, one of them recently got married. It was all love, until one of my boys said “what’s up, you growing your hair?” In Struggle fashion I turned his comment around, and change the subject to his lack of finding a job. Mean….yeah I know, but I let him off easy.
Later on in the week I went out to a birthday party. Equipped with my beard, hair and some funky glasses (see pic above). I had to use something to take the distraction off of me. Boy, did that work! I had a lot of fun at the party and got a couple compliments on my look. I have no clue if chicks were being sarcastic, and guess what, I really don’t care.
The first week wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. Well, I really didn’t know what to expect. If I did know what to expect, it wouldn’t have went this smooth. I got a couple of grills and even started to dawn a hat towards the end of the week (no hairline). But it was a good week.
I know it only gets harder…but I didn’t have one urge to cut my hair. Now my beard is a different post….
